comfortable stay with room for improvement

The bed in the king room was plush and provided a great night's sleep. The hotel's proximity to the interstate made it easy to access. Additionally, the staff was friendly and accommodating during our stay.

I really enjoyed my stay here. the room was clean and spacious, offering a comfortable atmosphere. The breakfast was delightful with a variety of healthy options available each morning. The staff were friendly and accommodating, making the experience even better. However, the pool was under maintenance during my visit, which was a bit disappointing since I was looking forward to using it.

great parks and attractions just a stroll away

I had a fantastic time exploring the nearby Elgin Historic District and Tyler Creek Forest Preserve, which made my weekend getaway truly memorable, although the hotel could improve the pool facilities, which were out of service during my stay.

We stayed for 2 nights in a Queen Room and were extremely disappointed. The hotel promised a pool that was closed, which was a major letdown for our family. The cramped room setup hindered comfort, and we couldn't enjoy our stay as expected.

Thankfully, the breakfast options were positively delightful.

Who knew a closed pool could cause such a splash? We ended up leaving earlier than planned for a proper dip!

the hampton inn has a fantastic location with easy access to local restaurants and well-maintained roads. My check-in experience with joclyn was amazing. she was friendly and welcoming. the hotel gym was great to keep my exercise routine going.

Additionally, I encountered multiple maintenance issues. for instance, the fridge was unplugged upon arrival, and I noticed some dirt on the bathroom floor that shouldn't have been there. Overall, the facility had an air of unkemptness, detracting from the experience.
