Cozy room with two comfy beds. Great location, easy walking distance to everywhere we needed to go. 🏨

The location was comfortable, close to freeway, so it was really easy to travel around. Freshly renovated and neat room with 1 queen bed, spent our time lovely. The hotel employees were very helpful.

We greatly enjoyed rooms with 1 queen bed. Close to expressway, the location was magnificent and marvellous, in the Elgin area. Btw, we relaxed by the lake, it was 30 mins walk from the hotel.

Plenty of great food options here 🍔. The location is fantastic, situated near lots of awesome restaurants, Schaumburg is right there too, and plenty of bars to choose from nearby.

The room had climate control, pay TV, and a writing table, which I really appreciated. The bed was very comfortable. The staff were efficient and superfriendly. The hotel is in a particularly good and excellent location in a nice area. It's near many very nice restaurants, Downtown, and Elgin.

The hotel is conveniently located in the western Chicago area, close to a variety of restaurants. The staff are friendly and accommodating, providing excellent service. The breakfast offered a good variety and the complimentary WiFi was a plus. The rooms were clean and comfortable. The pool and hot tub were in great condition, perfect for both kids and adults to enjoy.

The coffee area could be a bit messy and could use some improvement.

The hotel is in a great location, close to downtown Elgin and within easy reach of restaurants and Judson University. The rooms are clean, cozy, and comfortable, and the housekeeping staff does a great job. The breakfast is incredible and offers a variety of options. The staff is friendly and helpful, with overnight staff like Amie and Hunter going above and beyond to assist guests. The hotel also offers a shuttle service within a 3-mile radius, including the Amtrak station and car rental office.

The pool room can get quite hot, possibly due to the remodeling work taking place.

Too many young children unsupervised....running the halls and the elevator....wet floors in the lobby and the elevator due to the kids going in and out of the pool....staff could not keep up with the water on the floor!
